松藻矿区M8煤层采面涌水特征与对策

         

摘要

松藻矿区开采二叠系上统龙潭组煤层,主采位于煤系中部的全区可采的M8煤层,为石灰岩岩溶充水矿床。M8煤层采面突水后支架和刮板运输机被压死、或淹没采区水仓,水灾处理难度大、经济损失大。在研究矿区及M8煤层水文地质条件的基础上,认为M8煤层采面充水水源主要是长兴组岩溶裂隙水和上保护层采空区水,充水通道主要是冒落裂隙和构造裂隙带。总结了M8煤层采面涌水量及其持续时间、出水形式等特征,提出了采场布置、探放水、排水、支护、匀速推采五个方面的采面防治水对策。%The Upper Permian Longtan Formation coal seams are being mined in the Songzao mining area, the main mineable coal seam M8 is situated in the middle part of coal measures. Coalmines in the area are limestone karst water filling mines. After water bursting in⁃to stoping faces, support and scraper conveyer will be crushed, or stoping area water sump submerged with difficult flooding processing and huge economic losses. Based on mining area and coal M8 hydrogeological condition studies, considered that coal M8 stoping face water filling sources are mainly from Changxing Formation karst fissure water and upper protective seam gob water;water filling chan⁃nels mainly have caving fissures and structural fissures. Coal M8 stoping face water inflow and duration, water filling features have been summarized, and water controlling countermeasures put forward from five aspects of stope layout, water prospecting and dewater⁃ing, water drainage, supporting and steady speed progressive extraction.
