矿坑涌水量的计算及其精度级别和可信度

         

摘要

《矿区水文地质工程地质勘探规范》GB 12719-91和《煤、泥炭地质勘查规范》DZ/T 0215-2002等规范,都没要求对计算的矿坑涌水量认定它的精度级别和可信度;也没有根据矿坑涌水量的大小,提出适宜的计算方法。在这种情况下,勘探报告计算的矿坑涌水量,往往会出现满足不了矿山设计需要的情况。在分析研究了大量勘查报告成果的基础上,借鉴《地下水资源分类分级标准》(GB 15218-94)中地下水可开采量的精度级别划分方法,将矿坑涌水量精度级别划分为5级:验证的矿坑涌水量(A)、探明的矿坑涌水量(B)、控制的矿坑涌水量(C)、推断的矿坑涌水量(D)和预测的矿坑涌水量(E),并给出了相应的可信度。说明了可信度的含义和认定的方法,介绍了勘探报告计算矿坑涌水量流程和9种计算矿坑涌水量常用的方法及其精度级别和可信度。%The GB 12719-91“Exploration Specification of Hydrogeology and Engineering Geology in Mining Areas”and DZ/T 0215-2002“Specifications for Coal Peat Exploration”etc. are all not required to confirm their accuracy level and reliability for estimated mine water inflow. Also not to put forward suitable estimation method according to various magnitude of mine water inflow, in this situa⁃tion, exploration report estimated mine water inflows are often cannot meet mine design needs. Based on a large amount of exploration report analysis, taking the exploitable groundwater amount accuracy level division from GB 15218-94“Standards of Classification for Groundwater Resources”divided the mine water inflow accuracy level into 5 grades including verified mine water inflow (A), measured mine water inflow (B), indicated mine water inflow (C), inferred mine water inflow (D) and reconnaissance mine water inflow (E) also giv⁃en corresponding reliabilities. In addition, the paper has explained reliability meaning and identification method, introduced explora⁃tion report mine water inflow estimation technological process and 9 common estimation methods and their accuracy levels and reliabili⁃ties.
