多层地下水基坑降水工程优化设计施工

         

摘要

融通·添鸿商务大厦项目基坑地处城市商业繁华地带,周边建筑物、道路及管线较多,环境复杂,且存在两层地下水:上为分布于第四系粉土、粉砂薄层中的上层滞水,下为赋存于砾石及卵石中的承压水。为合理布置降水工程,在综合考虑工程开挖结构和场地水文地质条件的基础上,确定了上层滞水分步抽降,承压水小范围合理泄压的设计思路。结果表明,基坑开挖过程中,整体地下水控制效果较好,基本实现了无明水影响土方开挖、运输,在没有增加预算的基础上较好的完成了地下水控制目标,基坑降水未对周边环境造成太多影响。%The foundation pit of the Rongtong∙Tianhong commercial building is located in the downtown area of the city. Periphery has many buildings, roads and pipelines with complicated environment and two aquifers, upper one is perched water in Quaternary thin lay⁃ers of silty clay and silower one is confined water in gravels and pebbles. For reasonable layout of dewatering engineering, on the basis of integrated considering of excavation structure and site hydrogeological condition, has determined design ideas of perched water step⁃ping dewatering, confined water reasonable depressurization within a narrow range. The result has shown that during the excavation, the integral control of groundwater has better results, basically realized groundwater control target on the bases of no visible water to impact earth excavation, haulage and no additional increasing of budget, no too much impact on peripheral environment from foundation pit de⁃watering.
