煤矿采空区场地注浆设计及治理效果检测分析

         

摘要

拟建徐州工业园区南湖小学场地下存在多层采空区,对建筑物的影响较大.根据项目规划、煤层开采情况和场地岩土工程条件,在场地稳定性评价的基础上,提出了场地采空区地基注浆治理设计,确定了采空区治理范围、深度、注浆孔平面布置及工作量、注浆施工工艺顺序、注浆主要材料及浆液比级.注浆施工结束后,采用钻孔取心、波速测试、室内单轴抗压强度试验和钻孔压水试验等方法对场地注浆效果进行了综合检测,所得检测结果均达到预期的注浆效果,场地注浆充填治理的质量达到了采空区治理设计要求,可为类似场地注浆治理工程施工提供参考.%Under the proposed Nanhu Primary School site in the Xuzhou Industrial Park have multiple layers of worked -out area under-ground, thus impacted buildings above .Based on project plan , coal mining situation and site geotechnical condition , according to site stability assessment, put forward groundwork governing design .Then determined worked -out area governing range , depth, grouting boreholes layout and workload , grouting operation sequence , main materials and slurry proportioning .After the grouting operation , u-sing borehole coring , wave velocity measurement , laboratory uniaxial compressive strength test and borehole packer permeability test carried out integrated detection to check site grouting effect .All detected results have confirmed the expected grouting effect , achieved worked-out area governing designed requirements .The study can provide reference for similar site grouting governing projects con-struction.
