吉尔吉斯斯坦卡瓦依金矿钻探施工工艺实践

         

摘要

The Kavay gold ore prospecting area is regionally belonged to the Alay tectonic formation zone.Faulted structures are well developed in the area;the anticlinorium from the Shivaly to Kara-Shola is the main fold in the area.The fold is cut by a series of NE,NW and near EW faults,made strata present as a scale-like and banded fault block assemblage.Plus the designed boreholes are all 75o inclined on steep hill and drilling fluid loss,thus have caused operation difficulties including equipment entrance,installation and material supplies.To solve the series of problems,firstly using winches and ropes transport drilling material to site on hill,and then strengthen the drilling technology optimization and improvement.Thus developed the stepped bottom jet PDC wire line coring bit and assistant with catch spring,then applied the "HQV blade" drill tools and Φ75mm jet-type wire line coring tool plus hydro-hammer corer etc.,in this way have fundamentally solved all the issues.Finally,we have realized average total core recovery above 75%,gold ore bed core recovery above 85%,one spudding in completion rate 100% and obtained better economic effect and social effect.%卡瓦依金矿普查区在区域上属于阿拉伊构造建造地带,区内断层发育,西瓦力至卡拉一稍拉的复式背斜为区内主要褶皱.该褶皱又被一系列北东向和北西向、近东西向断层切割,致使地层呈现出鳞片状和条带状的断块组合.由于设计钻孔均为75°斜孔,全孔漏水,且布置在陡峭的高山上致使进场安装和材料供应困难,钻探施工难度较大.为解决这一系列施工难题,首先采用绞车和绳索向山上钻场供应钻探材料;其次加强钻探施工工艺优化和改进,研制了阶梯底喷式PDC绳索取心钻头,与抓簧配合进行取心钻进;另外应用“HQV刀锋”钻具和Φ75mm射流式绳索取心钻具+液动锤取心器等工艺.这些措施从根本上解决了这些技术难题,实现了全孔岩心采取率平均达到75%以上,金矿层采取率达到85%以上,一次成孔率100%,取得了较好的经济效益和社会效益.
