煤矿大吨位铰接式自卸车行驶稳定性分析与优化

         

摘要

The driving stability of coal mine large-tonnage articulated-frame dump truck is reduced by heavy load,large shape,higher gravity center.In view of the above problem,the evaluation index of “stable angle” is put forward to evaluate and optimize the stability.And stability criteria are developed according to the operating conditions in the underground tunnel of the vehicle.The analytical formula of stable angle is derived by establishing the geometric modal of vehicle horizontal and second-level instability,the stability angle was calculated by MATLAB software,the parameters of the wheelbase,wheelbase,rolling radius and gravity center position are optimized because of the horizontal one stable angle does not satisfy the criterion.By the calculation,The lateral horizontal one stable angle of the optimized design meets the requirement of stability criterion,the rest of stable angle indicators also increased by about 10%.%针对煤矿井下大吨位铰接式自卸车因承载重、外形大、重心高等因素导致行驶稳定性降低的问题,为对稳定性进行评估和优化,提出了“稳定角”的评价指标,并根据车辆在煤矿井下的工作条件,制定了稳定性准则.通过建立车辆横向一级、二级失稳状态的几何模型,推导出稳定角的计算解析式,运用MATLAB软件编程计算了稳定角,因横向一级稳定角不满足稳定性准则要求,对整车轴距、轮距、滚动半径及重心位置等参数进行了优化设计,经计算,优化设计后横向一级稳定角满足了准则要求,其余稳定角指标也提高约10%.
