采空区顶板超长定向高位钻孔瓦斯抽采技术研究

         

摘要

Aiming at the large gas emission amount in fully mechanized working face of Chengzhuang Coal Mine,with 1000m rig deep hole drilling technology and the complete set of equipment,the Gas drainage technology with super-long high directional drilling in goaf roof was tested;goaf "three zones" distribution scope and gas concentrated area were determined,the high directional borehole layout parameters were designed.Test results show that the technology was of low drilling construction quantities,favorable locating effect,stable drainage flow,and high extraction rate,achieving remarkable gas drainage effect.%针对成庄矿综采工作面采空区瓦斯涌出量大的问题,以千米钻机深孔钻进技术和配套装备为依托,应用试验了采空区顶板超长定向高位钻孔瓦斯抽采技术;通过研究确定采空区"三带"分布范围及瓦斯富集区,设计了合理的采空区顶板超长定向高位钻孔布置参数.试验考察结果表明,超长定向高位钻孔瓦斯抽采技术具有钻孔施工工程量小.定位好.抽采稳定.抽采率提高的优点,取得了显著抽采效果.
