门克庆选煤厂原煤及产品煤球型仓下输煤暗道设计

         

摘要

介绍了门克庆选煤厂原煤及产品煤气膜钢筋混凝土穹顶球型仓下输煤暗道的设计实例,主要通过对传统暗道断面形式的改变,使暗道顶板、底板受力更合理,充分发挥混凝土受压强度高的受力特性;通过暗道间、暗道及仓壁间的填充材料的改变,采用少量水泥与现场细砂配合而成,降低填充材料造价,减小暗道侧壁厚度及配筋.该设计技术成果节约材料、经济效益显著.%In this paper, the author introduces a design example of coal tunnel of reinforced concrete shell structure of dome silos in Menkeqing Coal Preparation Plant. This design makes the tunnel roof and floor stress more reasonable, give full play to the concrete compressive strength of high stress characteristics by changing the traditional coal tunnel section. Through the change of the filling material between the tunnel, the tunnel and the silo wall, a small amount of cement is used in combination with fine sand on site to reduce the cost of filling material, reduce the thickness of side wall, and reduce the reinforcement. This design technology results in material savings and significant economic benefits.
