圆形料场堆取料机运行速度设计的匹配研究

         

摘要

介绍了堆料机的堆料工艺方式,研究了堆料机工作的时间分配关系,确定了堆料机回转速度,提供了回转大轴承精细化选型的依据,同时分析了堆料俯仰速度的设计原则.同时介绍了取料机的取料工艺方式,分析了取料机回转速度,刮板运行速度和取料俯仰速度之间的匹配关系,确定了取料回转速度,刮板运行速度和取料俯仰速度的匹配设计原则.最后提供了工程应用实例.该研究的方法和思路,能够合理地指导设计,为圆形料场堆取料机精细化设计提供了重要的理论参考.%The author introduces the stacLing process of the stacLer, studies the time allocation during the operation, determines the slewing speed, provides basis for the fine selection of large slew bearing, and also analyzes the design principle of stacLer luffing. Meanwhile, the reclaiming process of the reclaimer is introduced, the matching relationship among the slewing speed is analyzed, the scraper operating speed, luffing speed of the reclaimer, and the matching design principle are determined. At last, the engineering application example is offered. Idea and method of the study can guide the design, and also provide theoretical reference for the research of the fine design for the circular stacLer-reclaimer.
