In order to solve the problems of large convergence of two sides,serious floor heave and rib spalling in the transportation roadway in the first working face of Xiaozhuang Coal Mine,loose circle monitoring section was set up,the evolution law of loose circle and instability mechanism of surrounding rock were analyzed,and the result showed that the roadway surrounding rock was of strong roof,weak sides and weak floor.A new supporting scheme was proposed using full anchor cable to support the two sides and side foot.A field industrial was carried out,and the results of field monitoring showed that convergence of two sides and floor heave were within a reasonable range,rid spalling was eliminated,the new supporting scheme was reasonable and feasible.%为解决小庄矿首采工作面运输巷两帮移近和底鼓量大、.片帮严重的问题,布设松动圈监测断面并跟踪采集数据,分析松动圈演化规律和围岩失稳机理可知巷道围岩处于“强项-弱帮-弱底”状态,提出两帮和底脚全锚索支护的新方案,通过数值模拟验证了支护的合理性.进行了现场工业试验,结果表明两帮移近和底鼓量在合理范围内,说明支护方案合理可行.
