20万t/a焦炉气制甲醇系统技改小结

摘要

COG-to-methanol production is a new area in the utilization of coke oven gas. The process problems were analyzed and technology optimized to solve the problems encountered in the methanol production. The potential production capacity was tapped by revamping the convection section of the integrated heating furnace, flash steam recycle system, and the scrubbing of the methanol exhaust gas. Meanwhile, this improvement could create RMB 5.8 million yuan e-conomic benefit for the company.%针对焦炉气制甲醇生产过程中出现的问题,进行了原因分析和技术改进,通过改造综合加热炉对流段、回收利用闪蒸气和增加甲醇驰放气洗涤塔,实现了增产甲醇的同时,经济效益可观.
