宁钢干熄焦烘炉开工工艺控制与管理

介绍了干熄焦烘炉开工过程中的工艺控制要点、控制参数及控制方法.从烘炉准备、温风干燥、煤气烘炉、红焦装入不同阶段,进行了详细论述,对干熄焦烘炉开工具有指导意义.%Main process control points, control parameters and control methods during the oven heating-up and start-up of the CDQ process were introduced. All the different stages of heating-up preparation, warm air drying, gas heating-up and red-hot coke feeding were expounded. It is of significance for heating-up and start-up of the CDQ ovens.
