粗煤气CO的恒等温变换

     

摘要

The crude gas from the coal gasification process with pure-oxygen and steam as the gasification agents has a very high CO content which is up to the range of 50%-80%. The paper discussed the challenging problems in converting the raw gas into H2. The water-tube isothermal shift reaction model was presented to solve the key problems of this type of reactions. Two shift reaction examples in the ammonia synthesis process were discussed: 1) converting the crude gas with 76% CO content to a gas mixture with 1.5% CO; 2) converting the crude gas with 60% CO content to a gas mixture with 0.4% CO. Ten major advantages of this process technology were summarized.%从原理上分析了高CO粗煤气变换反应存在的问题,介绍了两种传统的变换流程并分析了其缺点,提出了水管式等温变换的概念,例举了粗煤气CO体积分数分别为76%和60%,变换后CO体积分数分别为1.5%和0.4%(制取合成氨)的流程,并总结了等温变换的主要优点.
