煤焦油低温萃取分离技术的开发与应用

     

摘要

介绍了枣庄矿业集团煤化工研究院有限公司与中国矿业大学联合研发的煤焦油低温萃取技术,利用1#溶剂、2#溶剂对煤焦油轻质、重质组分溶解度的不同,快速低能耗地将煤焦油分为轻质和重质两种组分,然后根据不同需要,将轻质组分和重质组分加工为不同产品.该技术克服常规煤焦油分离技术设备装置投资高、占地大、能耗高、环境污染严重等问题,为煤焦油加工探索出一条新的技术路线.%The coal tar low-temperature extractive separation technology co-developed by Zaozhuang Coal Chemical Research Institute Co., Ltd. and China University of Mining and Technology was introduced. The solubility of the solvents 1* and 2* in the light and heavy tar extractions was different, and this helped to divide the tar into light component and heavy component in a quick and energy saving way, from which different products could be processed according to different requirements. The light extraction was processed via catalytic hydrogenation, into high value chemical products as pure benzene, toluene, xylene, etc. while the heavier extraction was processed into needle coke, carbon fiber, mesophase pitch and other high value-added products. It explored a new technology to process coal tar into coal based carbon materials, and this technology could solve effectively the problems of high investment, high energy consumption, severe environmental pollution, etc.
