硫铵煤气预热器堵塞原因分析及处理

摘要

针对煤气预热器阻力增高的现象,分析了原因并提出了改进措施.通过控制脱硫液盐含量和煤气夹带量、降低预热器温度及更换新型不锈钢预热器等措施,解决了预热器阻力高问题.%The cause of blockage or high resistance of the gas preheater was analyzed and improvement and countermeasures were advocated. The main cause of the blockage was the secondary salt in the desulfurization solution which attacked and corroded the equipment. By controlling the salt quantity in the desulfurization solutions and the gas entrainment, reducing the temperature of the preheater and replacing the preheater with a stainless steel one, the problem of high resistance of the preheater was solved, and stable operation of the plant was ensured.
