煤气化废水生化处理抗冲击运行的探讨

     

摘要

According to wastewater biochemical treatment practice of GE coal gasification of Jinling Petrochemical Branch Co.,SINOPEC,the process and biochemical phenomenon of high ammonia nitrogen load,high temperature,high ash and high salt shock were analyzed.Process intervention and operations in the shock process were discussed to get the counter measures and control means for shock resistance.Suggestions for improving shock resistance ability of activated sludge were given.And finally,key factors for stable operation of coal gasification wastewater biochemical treatment were discussed.%结合中石化金陵分公司GE煤气化生产废水生化处理的运行实例,对高氨氮负荷、高温、高灰、高氯离子冲击的过程及生化现象进行分析,并对冲击过程中的工艺干预及操作方法进行讨论,得出抗冲击运行的应对措施及操控手段,并给出运行过程中提高活性污泥的抗冲击能力的驯化建议,同时对煤气化废水生化处理的稳定运行的操作关键进行了一定的技术探讨.
