煤制合成氨净化及甲烷转化工序节能技术的开发

         

摘要

针对天脊集团煤制合成氨装置扩产后,净化及甲烷转化工序运行中存在的低温液氮洗不能稳定运行、甲烷转化一段炉转化率低、新建装置尾气未被充分利用及新增装置同原装置工序的不兼容等问题,进行了技术改造.开发了尾气馏分循环再利用技术、PSA脱碳/提氢工序逆放气稳压工艺及新型高效预混式燃烧器烧嘴,并新增了有效原料排放气循环压缩机,解决了上述问题,实现了装置的提产降耗、节能减排.%Technical renovation was made based on the problems of coal to ammonia purification process and methane conversion process after the capacity increase of Tianji Group,such as low temperature liquid nitrogen wash unable to run stably,low conversation rate of the methane one-stage converter,tail gas of the newly built unit not fully utilized and the process incompatibility between newly added unit and the existing unit.The above problems were solved by developing tail gas distilled fraction recycle and reuse technology,PSA decarbonization/dehydrogenation reverse gas regulation process,and new efficient premix burner,and a new efficient raw exhaust gas circulation compressor was added.So the production output was increased,the consumption was reduced,and energy saving and emission reduction were realized.
