矿物质催化指数在配煤炼焦中的应用

     

摘要

To understand the impact of mineral composition on the properties of coke, the coal quality and ash composition of 9 types of coking coal was analyzed, and the experiment of coking with blended coal was carried out, studying the effect of the ash composition of single coking coal on the mineral catalytic index (MMCI) of coal and the relationship between MMCI and the cold intensity M40、M10 and thermal properties CRI&CSR of coke. The result showed when the value of MMCI was high, the CRI value of coke was high and the CSR value was poor. MMCI had no obvious relationship with the M40 value and M10 value of coke. And ash composition and process property of coking coal had independent impact on the coke quality relatively.%为考察矿物质组成对焦炭性质的影响,对唐山中润日常生产所用9种炼焦煤的煤质、灰成分进行了分析,并进行了配煤炼焦实验,探讨了单种炼焦煤的灰分组成对配合煤矿物质催化指数MMCI的影响,以及MMCI与焦炭冷态强度M40、M10和热性质CRI、CSR之间的关系.结果表明,MMCI数值高时,焦炭的CRI值高,CSR值较差, MMCI与焦炭的M40、M10值无明显关系;炼焦煤的灰分组成和工艺性质相对独立地影响焦炭质量.
