焦炉烟道气加热法SCR脱硝工艺物料平衡计算方法与分析

     

摘要

选择性催化还原技术(SCR)在焦炉尾气脱硝处理中,存在烟气温度偏低的问题,将中高温催化剂与烟气加热手段相结合,可解决这一问题.介绍了加热法SCR脱硝工艺流程,根据系统能量平衡及物质平衡,对该法工艺系统进行分析,给出了烟道气加热燃气耗量、氨水蒸发量及喷射工艺参数的计算过程,并采用VB软件编制了计算程序.以某焦化厂80万t/a焦炉的烟道气入口参数为基础,应用该方法计算了主要工艺参数,所得的主要物料消耗计算结果与实际运行结果吻合较好,可用于加热法SCR项目的设计及运行优化.%The selective catalyst reduction (SCR)technology had the problem of too low flue gas temperature in the denitrification treatment of coke oven tail gas,which could be resolved through combining medium and high-temperature catalyst and flue gas combustion and heating.SCR denitrification process with heating method was introduced in this paper. The process system was analyzed according to the energy balance and material balance,the calculation process for gas consumption for heating flue gas,aqueous ammonia evaporation and injection process parameters was presented,and the calculation program was developed using the VB software. With flue gas inlet parameters of a 800 000 t/a coke oven in one coking plant as the basis,main technical parameters were calculated with this method,and the calculation results of the main material consumption matched the actual operation results. The proposed method could be used to optimize the design and operation of SCR heating project.
