健康宣教和心理护理对腹腔镜胃癌根治术患者术后生活质量的影响

摘要

Objective To discuss the influence of health education and psychological nursing on the quality of life of patients underwent laparoscopic radical gastrostomy. Methods One hundred and twenty cases patients underwent laparoscopic radical gastrostomy in our hospital from February 2013 to 2015 December were selected and randomly divided into two groups. The control group used the traditional nursing methods, while the observation group used the health education and psychological nursing on the basis of traditional nursing methods . The scores of physical functioning , role-physical, role-emotional, bodily pain, social functioning, vitality, mental health and general health were compared between the two groups. Results The scores of physical functioning, role-physical, role-emotional, bodily pain, social functioning, vitality, mental health and general health in the observation group were significantly higher than those in the control group, the differences were statistically significant (P<0.05). Conclusion Health education and psychological nursing can effectively improve the quality of life for patients underwent laparoscopic radical gastrostomy, and it is worthy of application and promotion.%目的：探讨健康宣教和心理护理对腹腔镜胃癌根治术患者的影响。方法选择2013年2月至2015年12月在我院进行诊治的腹腔镜胃癌根治术患者120例，随机分为两组。对照组患者采用传统护理方法，观察组患者在此基础上进行健康宣教和心理护理。比较两组患者SF-36量表中生理职能、生理功能、情感职能、疼痛、社会功能、活力、精神状态和健康总评价得分。结果观察组的生理职能、生理功能、情感职能、疼痛、社会功能、活力、精神状态和健康总评价得分均明显高于对照组（ P＜0．05）。结论健康宣教和心理护理可以有效提高腹腔镜胃癌根治术患者术后的生活质量，值得应用推广。
