目的：观察三七总皂甙治疗早期脑出血患者的临床效果。方法选择2011年4月至2016年4月我院收治的200例脑出血患者，随机分为观察组与对照组，各100例。两组均给予常规吸氧、降颅压、控制血压、营养神经等对症治疗，观察组在此基础上早期应用三七总皂甙（血塞通注射液），连续治疗15 d。观察比较两组患者的治疗效果。结果观察组基本治愈28例、显著改善40例、进步18例、无变化10例、恶化4例，总有效率为86.00%；对照组基本治愈13例、显著改善26例、进步33例、无变化20例、恶化8例，总有效率为72.00%，观察组总有效率高于对照组（P<0.05）。观察组死亡3例，对照组死亡11例，两组死亡率比较，差异有统计学意义（P<0.05）。结论脑出血早期应用三七总皂甙治疗能明显提高疗效，降低死亡率，效果确切。%Objective To observe the clinical research of total saponin of panax notoginseng in the treatment of early cerebral hemorrhage. Methods Two hundred cases with cerebral hemorrhage in our hospital from April 2011 to April 2016 were selected and randomly divided into observation group and control group with 100 cases in each group. Both of them were taken symptomatic treatment like oxygen inhalation, decreased the intracranial pressure, intensive blood pressure control and trophic nerve. And on this basis, the observation group was applied total saponin of panax notoginseng (Xuesaitong injection) for 15 days. The efficacy was observed and compared between two groups. Results In observation group, 28 cases were cured, 40 cases were significantly improved, 18 cases were improved, 10 cases were unchanged, 4 cases were worsened and the total effective rate was 86%. In control group, 13 cases were cured, 26 cases were significantly improved, 33 cases were improved, 20 cases were unchanged, 8 cases were worsened and the total effective rate was 72%. The total effective rate in observation group was higher than control group (P<0.05). The mortality in observation group was 3 cases and control group was 11 cases. The mortality was a statistically significant difference between the two groups (P<0.05). Conclusion Using total saponin of panax notoginseng in the treatment of early cerebral hemorrhage could obviously increase the therapeutic effects and the treatment was valuable in clinical practice.
