目的：评价MORA-Color生物物理治疗仪治疗带状疱疹后遗神经痛的临床疗效。方法将390例带状疱疹后遗神经痛患者随机分成两组，即联合组195例和对照组195例，两组均给予口服药物治疗，联合组同时行MORA-Color生物物理治疗仪治疗，治疗4周后评价各自的疗效。结果治疗4周后联合组疼痛评分结果为（1.76±0.87）分，对照组评分结果为（4.62±1.23）分，联合组评分明显低于对照组，差异有统计学意义（P<0.05）。联合组有效率为96.41%，对照组有效率为68.2%，联合组有效率明显高于对照组，差异有统计学意义（P<0.05）；联合组睡眠质量评分为（3.32±1.37）分，对照组睡眠质量评分为（4.64±1.28）分，联合组评分明显低于对照组，差异有统计学意义（P<0.05）。结论 MORA-Color生物物理治疗仪治疗带状疱疹后遗神经痛疗效显著，值得临床上进一步推广。%O bjective To evaluate the clinical effect of MORA-Color biological physical therapy in the treatment of postherpetic neuralgia. Methods Three hundred and ninety patients with postherpetic neuralgia were randomly divided into two groups, 195 cases in the combination group and 195 cases in the control group. Two groups were given oral drug therapy, combination group was also given MORA-Color biological physical therapy apparatus in treatment, and then the treatment efficiency was evaluated after 4 weeks respectively. Results After 4 weeks treatment, the pain score of the combined group is (1.76±0.87), and the score of the control group is (4.62±1.23). The score of the combined group is significantly lower than that of the control group, and the difference is s tatistically significant (P<0.05). The efficiency of combined group is 96.41%, effective rate is 68.2%in the control group and the efficiency of the combined group is higher than that of the control group, the difference is statistically significant (P<0.05);The sleep quality score of combination group is (3.32±1.37), control group sleep quality score is (4.64±1.28), score in the combination group is significantly lower than that of the control group, and the difference is statistically significant (P<0.05). Conclusion The curative effect of MORA-Color biological physical therapy for the treatment of postherpetic neuralgiais distinct, and worthy of further promotion.
