清热解毒透疹方对手足口病患儿Th1/Th2细胞因子影响的临床分析

摘要

Objective To analyze the effect of decoction with clearing heat and promoting eruption function on Th1/Th2 cytokines level in children patients. Methods Ninety cases of children with hand-foot-mouth disease were selected and randomly divided into the routine treatment group (control group) and the combined decoction with clearing heat and promoting eruption function group (observation group), 45 cases in each group. The two group children were givin routine treatment and the observation group was combined with decoction with clearing heat and promoting eruption function treatment.The change of Th1/Th2 Cytokines level in peripheral venous blood of the two groups children on the admission and five days after treatment were compared. Results The cytokines level of the observation group was significantly lower than the control group (P<0.05). Conclusion Decoction with clearing heat and promoting eruption function can adjust the Th1 / Th2 cytokines level in children with hand-foot-mouth disease, and play an important role in resisting inflammation and immune regulation.%目的：分析清热解毒透疹方对手足口病患儿Th1/Th2细胞因子的影响。方法抽取90例手足口病儿童随机分为对照组和观察组，各45例。两组患儿均给予同样的常规治疗，观察组患儿加用清热解毒透疹方，观察在刚入院时和治疗5 d后，两组患儿外周静脉血中Th1/Th2细胞因子的变化情况。结果与对照组相比，观察组各细胞因子均显著降低，差异均具有统计学意义（P＜0.05）。结论清热解毒透疹方可调节手足口病患儿Th1/Th2细胞因子水平，在抗炎症反应和调节免疫中起重要作用。
