目的：探讨中西医结合治疗妊娠合并支气管哮喘急性发作的临床效果。方法选取我院妇产科、内科和中医门诊收治的60例妊娠合并支气管哮喘急性发作患者，随机分为观察组和对照组。对照组30例，予以头孢类抗炎、补液等治疗，并雾化吸入抗炎药物糖皮质激素布地奈德混悬液和β2受体激动剂盐酸特布他林雾化溶液，对于β2受体激动剂不耐受患者，可用抗过敏药物氯雷他定或短期小量静脉用激素地塞米松；观察组30例，在对照组用药基础上加施中医辨证论治。观察并记录两组患者的临床疗效。结果中西医结合治疗妊娠合并支气管哮喘急性发作总有效率为93.3%，明显高于单纯西医治疗的总有效率66.7%，差异具有统计学意义﹙P<0.05﹚。结论中西医结合疗法可减少妊娠合并支气管哮喘急性发作，对妊娠合并支气管哮喘有所控制，临床效果良好，值得推广。%Objective To analyze the clinical effect of combined traditional Chinese and western medicine in the treatment of pregnancy with bronchial asthma. Methods 60 pregnancy women with bronchial asthma were randomly divided into the observation group and the control group, with 30 cases in each group. Patients in the observation group received traditional Chinese medicine and conventional western medicine treatment, while patients in the control group received conventional western medicine treatment only. The clinical effects of two groups were observed and compared. Results The total effective rate of observation group was 93.3%, significantly higher than 66.7%of control group, and the difference between two groups was statistically significant (P<0.05). Conclusions The combined therapy of traditional Chinese and western medicine has significant clinical effect in the treatment of pregnancy with bronchial asthma, which is worthy of clinical promotion.
