盐敏感性高血压患者疾病防治知识和健康行为的相关性研究

摘要

Objective To understand the status of disease prevention knowledge and health behavior of salt sensitive hypertension patients, and to analyze the correlation between them. Methods Through convenient sampling, the survey was conducted among 153 salt sensitive hypertension patients with hypertension prevention knowledge scale and the health-promoting lifestyle profile. Results The score of disease prevention knowledge was (54.19 ± 6.81) points and the score of health behavior was (70.05 ± 16.46) points. There was a positive correlation between disease prevention knowledge and health behavior (r=0.275, P<0.05). Conclusions For disease prevention and control in community population, we should pay attention to the prevention and treatment of hypertension, especially the education of diet knowledge, so as to promote the compliance behavior and reduce the burden of medical expenses of patients with salt sensitive hypertension.%目的：了解盐敏感高血压患者的疾病防治知识和健康行为，探讨两者之间的相关性。方法以便利抽样的方法，采用高血压防治知识问卷和健康行为量表，调查153例盐敏感性高血压患者。结果盐敏感性高血压患者疾病防治知识得分为（54.19±6.81）分，健康行为得分为（70.05±16.46）分。疾病防治知识和健康行为呈正相关（r=0.275， P<0.05）。结论在社区人群的疾病防治工作中应重视高血压防治尤其是饮食知识的宣教，从而促进盐敏感患者的依从行为，减轻医疗费用负担。
