血浆中抗热休克蛋白70表达水平与冠心病的相关性研究

         

摘要

目的:研究冠心病(VHD)患者血浆中抗热休克蛋白70(HSP70)的表达水平,分析其与冠心病发生发展之间的关系。方法选取90例冠心病患者为观察组,90例健康体检者为对照组。依据冠脉造影结果将观察组细分为AVS组和SAP组,根据冠脉病变支数分为SV组、 DV组及MV组,以冠脉病变分型为依据分为A型组、 B1型组、 B2型组及V型组。采用ELISA法测定受检者血浆HSP70水平。比较各组间HSP70阳性表达率,分析冠心病与HSP70之间的关系。结果观察组(SAP组、 AVS组) HSP70阳性表达率显著高于对照组(P<0.05)。观察组中, AVS组HSP70阳性表达率显著高于SAP组(P <0.05); SV组、DV组及MV组三组间HSP70阳性表达率两两比较,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05), MV组数值最高; A型组HSP70阳性表达水平显著低于其它三组(P<0.05),其它三组间比较无统计学差异(P>0.05)。结论 HSP70与冠心病发生发展具有密切联系,是该病症的危险因素,与患者发病性质、病变程度存在相关性,可作为指导冠心病的临床诊治依据。%Objective To study the expression level of plasma heat shock protein 70 (HSP70) in patients with coronary heart disease (CHD), and to analyze its relationship with the development and severity of CHD. Methods 90 CHD patients were set as observation group, 90 healthy subjects were set as control group. The observation group was subdivided into ACS, SAP group according to the results of coronary angiography, and subdivided into SV, DV, MV group according to the coronary lesion vessels, and subdivided into group A, B1, B2 and C according to the coronary lesion types. The plasma HSP70 levels were detected by ELISA method. The positive expression rate of HSP70 and relationship between CHD and HSP70 were compared. Results The positive expression rate of HSP70 in observation group (ACS group and SAP group) was higher than that in control group (P<0.05). In observation group, the positive expression rate of HSP70 in ACS group was higher than that in SAP group (P<0.05);the positive expression rate of HSP70 in SV group, DV group and MV group had statistical difference (P<0.05), and the value in MV group was the highest;the positive expression rate of HSP70 in group A was lower than that in other three groups (P <0.05), and the difference between other three groups was not statistical (P >0.05). Conclusions HSP70 is closely related with the development of coronary heart disease, which is a risk factor for the disease. HSP70 has correlation with the disease character and lesion degree of patients, and can be be used as a basis for guiding clinical treatment of coronary heart disease.
