在我院实施医院护士岗位管理的过程中, 为激励护士服务临床, 深化优质护理服务, 岗位绩效考核是其中一个重要的组成部分, 而护理工作量统计是岗位绩效考核方面的一个难点, 如何准确便捷地统计护理工作量, 是选用统计方法的主要考虑因素. 我科以分级护理制度为基础, 利用电子护理管理系统和分级护理时数统计方法, 较好地解决了护理工作量统计这个难题,为岗位绩效考核提供了准确、 公平的考核依据.%In order to encourage the nurses' clinical services and deepen the high quality of care services, station performance evaluation is a significant part during the process of carrying out the nurses' station management in our hospital. However, nursing workload account is a difficult point of the station performance evaluation. How to make the nursing workload account more accurate and convenient is the main consideration in choosing the statistical method. Based on the grading nursing system, using the electronic nursing management system and grading nursing hours statistical method, our department had worked out the problem of nursing workload account preferably, which had provided an accurate and fair assessment basis for the station performance evaluation.
