Objective To explore the clinical screening and nursing measures for retinopathy of prematurity (ROP). Methods 400 cases of premature infants in our hospital from January 2014 to October 2014 were selected as research objects, and randomly divided into two groups, with 200 cases in each group. All premature infants were screened by wide-area digital retina imaging system to analyze their etiology causes, and received nursing intervention. The control group received conventional nursing intervention, while the research group received comprehensive nursing intervention. The nursing effects of two groups were observed and compared. Results There were 51 objects screened to be ROP from all the 400 objects, accounted for 12.75%. 19 cases of control group and 6 cases of research group were at stageⅠof ROP, with statistical difference between two groups (P <0.05); No statistical difference was found between two groups in the number of cases at stageⅡand stageⅢof ROP (P>0.05). The incidences of eye conjunctiva damage and palpebral edema during examination and treatment of research group were significantly lower than those of control group (P <0.05). Conclusions Comprehensive nursing intervention is helpful to lower the risk of ROP and complications during the process of ROP screening, thus to improve the living quality of infants, which is worth to be popularized and applied for its significant effect.%目的 探讨早产儿视网膜病变的临床筛查及护理措施. 方法 选取2014年1月至2014年10月在我院新生儿科住院的400例早产儿作为研究对象, 随机分为对照组与研究组, 每组各200例. 所有早产儿均利用广域数字视网膜像系统进行视网膜病变筛查, 其中对照组给予常规护理干预, 研究组给予综合护理干预, 观察比较两组患儿的护理效果. 结果 400例早产儿中共筛查出早产儿视网膜病变 (ROP) 51例, 占12.75%. 其中对照组ROPⅠ期19例, 研究组ROPⅠ期6例, 两组相比差异具有统计学意义 (P<0.05); 两组患儿ROPⅡ期、 ROPⅢ期的病例数相比差异无统计学意义 (P>0.05). 研究组患儿检查与治疗过程中眼结膜损伤、 眼睑水肿的发生率明显低于对照组, 差异具有统计学意义 (P<0.05). 结论 对早产儿实施综合护理干预有助于降低早产儿视网膜病变及ROP筛查过程中并发症的发生率, 有效提高患儿生存质量, 临床效果显著, 值得广泛推广应用.
