通过对空冷机组空冷岛结构特点的分析和陕西华电蒲城第二发电有限责任公司5、6号机（600MW）空冷岛散热片的清洗实践，介绍了化学浸润渗透、辅助高压水射流清洗方法的设计原理、设备改造、药剂配方以及操作要点，讨论了空冷岛散热片化学浸润渗透辅助高压水射流清洗的可行性以及其广阔的市场发展前景。%Based on the analysis of the structural characteristics of the air-cooled generating unit and the cleaning practice of heat sink in air-cooled unit of No. 5, No. 6 machine （600MW） for the Second Shanxi Pucheng Huadian Power Generation Co., Ltd., to introduce the design principles, equipment modification, pharmaceutical formulations, and operating points of chemical infiltration method to assist high-pressure water jet cleaning, and to discusse the feasibility and its broad market prospects of air-cooled heat sink chemical infiltration assists of high-pressure water jet cleaning.
