Eastern Inner Mongolia is abundant in lignite resources,while its utilization is quite simple and inefficient.Taking a surface coal mine in Eastern Inner Mongolia as research object, a new way of lignite coal-electricity-chemical integration cascade efficient circular uti-lization is proposed.Specifically,lignite is exploited by surface mining,then by drying and low temperature carbonization,high calorific val-ue semi-coke,coal tar,natural gas are produced.Finally,gasoline,diesel,naphtha and other products are generated by liquefaction hydro-genation.Semi-coke is used for power generation. All of above are the basis for building a circular economy industrial system which a-chieves energy saving and environmental protection.The project has better economic benefits,its successful implementation can change the way of lignite utilization and provide theoretical basis for large-scale lignite integrated utilization.%针对中国蒙东地区褐煤资源丰富但开发利用方式单一、利用效率低的问题,以蒙东地区某露天煤矿为研究对象,基于循环经济理论、褐煤转化技术提出了一种褐煤“煤电化一体”梯级高效循环利用模式。即褐煤资源通过大型露天矿开采后,进行干燥及低温热解,产出高热值的半焦、煤焦油、天然气;进一步加氢液化产生汽油、柴油、石脑油等,半焦作为电厂燃料用于发电,并以此为基础构建循环经济产业体系。研究结果的成功实施将改变中国褐煤利用方式,为褐煤大规模综合高效开发提供理论基础和技术支撑。
