This paper, with the drafting of water supply plan for theHangzhou City as an example, discusses some common issues in the implementation of the National Norm for the Urban Water Supply Planning.%以编制杭州给水工程规划为例，提出应用《城市给水工程规划规范》应注意的问题，并进一步说明该规范起到的积极有效的作用。
