城市规划编制体系新框架研究

摘要

在对我国现行规划编制体系的反思的基础上，提出了城市规划的编制体系的新框架：规划的编制体系分为规划编制和图则制定两大部分。规划编制应该分基本系列和非基本系列；图则制定可以分法定图则和工作图则。%The newly frame for the urban planning drawing-up system israised based on the reviewing of the existing one.
