After the financial crisis, the industrial transformation in the Yangtze River Delta Region constantly spread toward the surrounding areas. The interaction between the developed districts and the new rising districts are more and more frequent. The Yangtze River Delta Region has become an inseparable economic region in East China. However, both the developed districts, represented by Shanghai, and the new rising districts, represented by Anhui, are facing new challenges. The former districts need creative and inner development, while the latter districts need accelerated industrialization and urbanization. This paper discusses the relationship among industrialization, re-industrialization, urbanization, suburbanization, and population migration with Anhui province as an example.%金融危机之后,长三角核心区的产业转移持续向周边地区扩散,发达板块与新兴增长板块之间的互动更加频繁,市场导向下的长三角扩区形成了更加紧密的华东经济板块.但以上海为代表的发达地区和以安徽为代表的新兴增长地区都面临转型发展的新挑战,前者需要创新驱动,内涵式发展,后者需要双轮驱动,加速工业化,加速城镇化.本文以安徽为例探讨了工业化、再工业化、城镇化、异地城镇化和人口回流之间的相互关系.
