小区规划对其热环境影响的遥感分析

     

摘要

以福州市区的两个小区(工业区,居住区)为主要对象,采用Landsat TM影像和IKONOS影像作为数据源,利用遥感信息技术来考察和评价这两个小区规划的热环境效应.通过反演出两小区的温度、植被、水体、不透水面信息,计算出两小区的城市热岛比例指数,对两小区的热环境效应差异进行对比,从而评价小区规划的合理性,并在此基础上对规划提出修改方案.%Taking two districts (industrial and residential respectively) in Fuzhou City of southeastern China as the study areas, this paper investigated the impact of city planning on urban thermal environment. A medium-resolution Landsat TM image and a high-resolution IKONOS image both acquired in 2006 were used as data sources for the investigation. By using remote sensing technology, we obtained the information of impervious surface, vegetation, water, and temperature of the two studied districts, which allows us to evaluate the thermal effects of the planning on the two districts. The study found that the effect of urban heat island (UHI) has developed in both studied areas, and the industrial area has a more serious UHI effect. Finally, modified plans for two districts were proposed aiming to mitigate the UHI effects.
