空间句法:基于空间形态的城市规划管理

摘要

通过回顾空间句法发展的背景及其核心理念,辨析两种不同的空间管理活动,即社会经济活动在空间分布的管理,以及空间建构本身的管理.然后,探索了空间句法方法是否可应用到城市规划管理之中,并认为空间句法在一定程度上解决了城市规划管理中难以描述的空间布局问题,有助于从空间使用的角度去挖掘空间结构背后的社会经济内涵,从而促进了利益相关方就空间占据和空间建构形成基本共识.%This paper,by reviewing the development of space syntax and its key ideas,distinguishes two different kinds of spatial management:one focuses on spatial distribution of socio-economic activities,and the other places emphasis on spatial structuring.It further explores whether and how space syntax method can be applied to urban planning management.On this basis,the paper argues that space syntax,to some extent,offers a tool of describing spatial layout for urban planning management,and helps to reveal socio-economic connotation underneath spatial structure from the perspective of spatial behavior.Thus,it can be used to facilitate stakeholders to reach a consensus regarding space occupation and space making.
