重庆市精神卫生中心2006～2010年抗抑郁药使用分析

摘要

目的 评价抗抑郁药的使用情况及趋势.方法 对2006年1月至2010年12月使用的抗抑郁药种类、用药金额及用药频度(DDDs)进行分析.结果 2006～2010年新型抗抑郁药的用药金额逐年上升,而经典抗抑郁药的用药金额逐年下降;DDDs前3位分别为国产盐酸帕罗西汀、合资盐酸帕罗西汀及盐酸氟西汀,其DDDs序号与用药金额序号的比值均为1.结论 抗抑郁药的应用合理,符合抗抑郁药的应用趋势.%Objective To evaluate the administration and trend of antidepressive agents in our hospital. Methods Categories, consumption sum and defined daily dose system(DDDs) of antidepressive agents used in our hospital during the period of January 2006 to December 2010 were analyzed. Results The consumption sum of new antidepressive agents increased while that of classic antidepressive agents decreased year by year from 2006 to 2010. The top 3 DDDs of antidepressive agents included domestic paroxetine hydrochloride,paroxetine hydrochloride by joint venture and fluoxetine. The ratios of their DDDs serial numbers and serial numbers of consumption sum were 1. Conclusion Administration of antidepressive agents in our hospital is reasonable and consistent with the trends of their application.
