子宫内膜癌中NF-κB、MCP-1蛋白的表达及意义

摘要

目的：检测子宫内膜癌组织中核转录因子‐κB（NF‐κB）、单核细胞超化蛋白‐1（MCP‐1）的表达并探讨其意义。方法选取该院及江苏省苏北人民医院2003年1月至2013年12月子宫内膜癌标本52例，采用免疫组织化学SP法检测52例子宫内膜癌、16例子宫内膜不典型增生、19例增生期子宫内膜中NF‐κB、MCP‐1蛋白的表达，及子宫内膜癌中两者与临床病理特征的关系和两者间的相关性。结果子宫内膜癌组织中NF‐κB、MCP‐1蛋白的表达明显高于子宫内膜不典型增生、增生期子宫内膜（P＜0．05），NF‐κB和MCP‐1的表达与组织学分级、肌层浸润深度有关（P＜0．05），与临床分期、淋巴结转移无关（P＞0．05），二者之间的表达呈正相关（r＝0．895，P＜0．05）。结论NF‐κB、MCP‐1蛋白参与子宫内膜癌的发生发展过程。%Objective To detect the expression of NF‐κB ,MCP‐1 in the endometrial carcinoma and their significance .Methods The expression of NF‐κB ,MCP‐1 in 52 cases of patients with endometrial carcinoma selected from January 2003 to December 2013 , and in 16 cases of endometrial atypical hyperplasia and 19 cases of proliferative endometrial were detected by immunohistochemistry assay .The relationship and correlation between clinical pathological characteristics was analyzed .Results The expressions of NF‐κB ,MCP‐1 proteins were significantly higher in the endometrial carcinoma than those of the endometrial atypical hyperplasia and proliferative endometrial (P<0 .05) .The expressions of NF‐κB and MCP‐1 were related with histological grade and myometrial in‐vasion (P<0 .05) ,but independent of clinical stage and lymph node metastasis (P>0 .05) .The expressions of these two proteins were positively correlated(r=0 .895 ,P<0 .05) .Conclusion NF‐κB ,MCP‐1 may participate in the progress of endometrial carcino‐ma .
