纵观东亚地区中日韩三国高考制度的历史沿革，不难发现一个事实：各国政府都在积极探索适合各自国情的高考制度。实行自主招生制度是扩大高校自主权、深化高校招录制度改革的重要举措，也是对选拔优秀人才的积极探索。相比而言，日本和韩国的高校自主招生较为充分，而中国的自主招生制度只是全国统考的一个辅助手段。实践证明，坚持国家统考与高校自主招生相结合，推行多元化录取的招考机制，构建完善的社会诚信机制与监督机制，是高考制度改革与发展的大势所趋。%After looking through the historical reform of the college entrance examination system of China , Ja-pan and Korea , it is not difficult to find the fact that: every government is actively making exploration about the college entrance examination system which is suitable for their own national condition .The implementation of inde-pendent recruitment system is an important measure for expanding college decision -making power , deepening col-lege recruitment system reform and actively exploring the selection method of excellent talents .In comparison , Jap-anese and Korean college independent recruitment is in full implementation , while that in China is only a supple-mentary means of national unified examination .As it is proved by practice , it is the general trend of college en-trance examination system reform and development that insisting the combination between national unified examina -tion and college independent recruitment , carrying out diversified recruitment mechanisms and establishing perfect social credit and supervision mechanism .
