There is a shortage of land resources in the west of China, so people there often build many buildings and structures on slope to make reason-able use of land. Based on the case of the foundation pit excavation in landslide section of Wanda Square program in Chongqing, technological control over soil deformation and reinforcement methods are studied with ABAQUS software. It is demonstrated that anti-slide pile and anti-slide key can effec-tively decrease the settlement of the structure and reduce the influence on internal force and deformation of pile.% 西部山区土地资源贫乏,人们为了合理地利用土地资源经常在边坡上修筑各类建筑物与构筑物。该文以重庆市万州区和平广场滑坡地带深基坑开挖工程为例,结合有限元数值模拟方法,采用ABAQUS有限元软件,研究了滑坡地带深基坑开挖变形控制理论及其加固方法。计算结果表明:抗滑桩及抗滑键加固可以有效地减弱上部结构的沉降及滑动效应,减小基坑开挖对整体结构土层以及支护桩产生的内力变化效应,减少抗滑桩产生的内力及位移变化效应。
