龙湾城市中心区大型地下停车库无梁底板计算设计与分析

             

摘要

Beamless floor has been widely applied in recent years because it can transfer stress directly and enlarge building net height to the largest ex-tent and has the advantages of simple construction framework, convenient steel bar binding, easy equipment installation and speedy construction progress. Based on a practical case of the foundation with beamless floor, the pile cap is simulated as the cap to analyze with FEM the haunched pile cap and the stress of normal cap, upturning cap and haunched upturning cap under loading effect. According to the analysis, benefits and backdraws of these caps under loading effect as well as some tips for the application of beamless system are summarized. Meanwhile, simplified medium axis to medium axis model is applied in design calculation, but it differs from the reality and deserves more attention in design process.%  基础底板无梁体系因传力直接、能最大限度地扩大楼层净高而且具有施工支模简单、楼面钢筋绑扎方便,以及设备安装方便、可提高施工速度等优点,近些年得到了广泛应用。该文以一基础无梁底板为例,将承台模拟为柱帽,通过精细有限元模型分析了承台加腋以及在荷载作用下正常柱帽、上翻柱帽、上翻柱帽加腋等几种柱帽的受力状况。通过对比这几种柱帽在同等荷载下的受力及变形状况,总结了这几种柱帽形式在荷载作用下的优缺点以及在基础底板设计中当采用无梁体系时需要注意的地方。同时,设计计算时往往采用简化中对中模型计算,这同实际状况存在差别,是需要在设计过程中多加注意的。
