高层办公空间的公共空间设计与探讨

摘要

With the development of office space, different types of office space emerge rapidly. Due to the efficiency of urban land use at present, the high-rise office space is still the mainstream. With the limitations of high-rise buildings, to create positive space in the high-rise building turns to be an important issue to improve work efficiency and humanization. Based on some cases, the creation of public space mode with application effects and the change of human activity mode are elaborated, and the feasible design principles for high-rise office buildings are also explored.%随着办公空间的发展，不同类型的办公空间层出不穷，但现阶段由于城市土地利用效率问题，办公空间仍主要以高层为主，而高层建筑又有其局限性。如何在高层建筑中创造公共空间是提高办公效率和发展人性化办公的重要课题。该文通过案例阐述高层建筑中创造公共空间的模式与应用效果及人的行为模式的改变，从而摸索出高层办公公共空间设计与绿色设计的可行原则。
