Based on the features of the project and related regulations for reference, the defect causes concerning structural safety are analyzed, the specific part of the defect is located and relat-ed reinforcement treatment method is come up with accordingly. Thus the time limit of the project and the reinforcement treatment capital can both be effectively saved.%判定水下灌注桩是否出现基桩缺陷，应对桩身进行复合检测。该文依据工程自身特点，参照相应规范要求，分析影响结构安全的缺陷成因，判定出桩身缺陷的具体部位，因地制宜地制定出相应的加固处理方法，能有效节约处理工期和加固处理成本。
