摘要

A detailed analysis on the whole energy dissipation design procedure for Public Health Service Center in Suqianis presented. Started with anal-ysis on the necessity of energy dissipation design, the ETABS program is then adopted to perform the time history analysis under the frequent earthquake level to evaluate the seismic performance of the whole structure.Finally the performance of the critical components is evaluated under rare earthquake level.The analysis shows that the earthquake-resistant structure has good seismic performance and its key components behave well under rare earth-quake level.%该文详细分析了宿迁市公共卫生服务中心消能减震设计的全过程. 首先进行了结构减震必要性的分析,其次采用ETABS程序对减震结构进行多遇地震作用下时程分析,对结构整体抗震性能进行评价.最后作出罕遇地震作用下关键构件的性能评估.分析结果表明:减震结构具有良好的抗震性能,罕遇地震作用下,关键构件性能表现良好.
