尺度的艺术r——重庆万科·御澜道规划解读

摘要

This paper introduces the practice of spatial scale planning in small mountainous towns. Yulandao by Vanke, a residential project in Chongqing. With the combination of high-, multiple- and low-rise architectures, the project controls the spatial scale from the three aspects of laneways, house groups and central public space. It embodies the typical integration of living, human interest and mountainous town features in the residence de-sign with high plot ratio.%该文介绍重庆万科·御澜道规划设计中对于山地小镇模式空间尺度的尝试,该项目运用高、多、低层建筑的拼接组合,从街巷、组团、中心空间三方面控制空间尺度,是高容积率下居住小区规划设计中体现生活感与人情味以及山地小镇的特质的典范.
