建筑产业现代化质量管控的措施和方法

摘要

我国正处于建筑产业现代化的积极推进期，能否稳步发展最根本的因素就是质量，而质量的保证离不开质量保证制度和质量监管。该文在现有措施和方法的基础上，提出适应于建筑产业现代化发展的质量管控措施和方法，从法规、制度、责任主体、管控等方面提出保证建筑产业现代化施工质量的建议，为质量监督单位对建筑产业现代化质量的监管提供借鉴和参考。%The construction industry in China is being actively promoted and the fundamental factor to its development is quality, which can only be guaranteed by the quality assurance system and quality supervision. Based on the existing measures and methods, this paper proposes some quality management and control measures and methods adapted to the modern construction industry development and, from the aspects of laws and regula-tions, the main responsibility system, management and control, presents some suggestions to ensure the construction quality of construction industry modernization. It provides references for the quality supervision unit to keep an eye on the quality of modern construction industry.
