To provide a formulation for treating Hunter syndrome, and a method for treating Hunter syndrome using the same.SOLUTION: The method comprises: injecting a first composition intravenously once every two months to twice a month at an effective dose of 0.05 mg/kg to 20 mg/kg per week, where the first composition comprises iduronate-2-sulfatase comprising specific amino acid sequences; and injecting a second composition subcutaneously once to seven times a week at an effective dose of 0.1 mg/kg to 40 mg/kg per week, where the second composition comprises iduronate-2-sulfatase comprising specific amino acid sequences.SELECTED DRAWING: None
