At the invitation of the All-China Women''s Federation (ACWF), a delegation composed of members of the Hanns,Seidel Foundation, Germany, visited Xihe County, Longnan, Gansu Province, in Northwest China, from February 25 to 27, 2019. The delegation was headed by Alexander Birle, chief representative of the Hanns.Seidel Foundation''s Beijing Office.
