广西金秀野生茶叶片解剖结构特性与性状关系的研究

         

摘要

As a typical leaf with crop, tea tree leaf is not only the main object of the harvest, but also the vital organs for photosynthesis, respiration and transpiration physiological metabolic activities. Leaf anatomical structure characteristics is closely related to the genetic characteristics of tea and the ecological environment. Therefore, leaf anatomical structure identification is often made to evaluate the tea plant physiological activity, such as resistance, tea yield and quality traits of important means. For exploring the tea tree breeding early identification, and providing scientific basis for production use,in this article, the 37 experimental wild tea tree resources of leaf anatomical structure of microscopic observation,explo-ring the relationship between the leaf anatomical structure of the cuticle, epidermis cells, palisade tissue, spongy tissue thickness and productivity index and yield, optimal system and the resistance. The analysis results show that the Yangliutun no. 1,Bainiu no. 2 and no. 3 yield and resistance are best. Optimum sys-tem general is given priority to with optimum system of black tea.%作为典型的叶用作物,茶树叶片不仅是收获的主要对象,而且是茶树进行光合作用、呼吸作用和蒸腾作用等生理代谢活动的重要器官。叶片的解剖结构特征与茶树的遗传特性及生态环境密切相关,因此,叶片解剖结构鉴定常作为评价茶树生理活性、抗逆性、茶叶产量和品质等性状优劣的重要手段。为探索茶树育种早期鉴定,并为生产利用提供科学依据,对供试的37份野生茶树资源的叶片解剖结构进行显微观察,探索叶片解剖结构中的角质层、表皮细胞、栅栏组织、海绵组织等厚度及生产力指数与产量、适制性、抗逆性之间的相关性。分析结果表明:杨柳屯1号、白牛2号、白牛3号产量性状及抗性最好。适制性方面普遍以适制红茶为主。
