散叶密集烘烤烟叶外观与主要化学成分变化规律初探

         

摘要

The change pattern of appearance characteristics and chemical components of tobacco leaves were studied during the loose-leaf bulk curing process. The results indicated that the difference of loading method of tobacco leaves between the loose-leaf bulk curing barn and the hang-pole curing barn resulted in the different appearance of tobacco leaves and conditions of temperature and humidity in the curing process. the faster speed of water-losing at the late-stage of yellowing and the slower speed of water-losing in the color-fixing period in the loose-leaf bulk curing barn than in the hang-pole curing barn were the major characteristics which affected the formation of tobacco leaves quality. Application of the curing method of pre-decreased less humidity and appropriately lengthened the time of the color-fixing period, could effectively resolve the problem of tobacco leaves quality caused by the high temperature and humidity. In addition, the change of chemical components of tobacco leaves during the loose-leaf bulk curing was the same with the hang-pole curing.%对散叶密集烘烤过程中烟叶外观与主要化学成分的变化规律进行了研究.结果表明,散叶密集烘烤因装烟方式与常规挂竿烘烤不同,烤房内温湿度环境及烟叶的外观形态特征发生了改变,影响烟叶质量形成的主要变化因素为变黄后期烟叶失水速度较快,定色阶段烟叶失水速度较慢,所需定色时间相应较长.采用变黄后期提前少量排湿、适当延长定色阶段烘烤时间的烘烤方法可以有效解决因高温高湿对烟叶烘烤质量的影响.此外,散叶密集烘烤与常规挂竿烘烤烟叶化学成分变化没有明显差异.
