氨转运蛋白RhBG在大鼠肾脏集合管的表达

摘要

目的 观察氨转运蛋白Rhbg 在低蛋白饮食大鼠肾脏集合管的表达.方法 利用定量免疫组织化学法分别检测低蛋白饮食组和正常对照组氨转运蛋白Rhbg 在大鼠肾脏皮质、内髓、外髓集合管的表达.结果 低蛋白饮食可以明显增加Rhbg 在大鼠肾脏皮质部集合管的表达(P＜0.05),但不改变Rhbg 在大鼠肾脏内髓和外髓集合管的表达.结论 饮食中蛋白的限制可能会增加Rhbg在大鼠肾脏皮质部集合管的表达.%Objective To determine the renal expression ol ammonia transporters Rhbg in rats led with low-protein diet. Methods For low-protein diet group and normal control group, the expression ol Rhbg in renal cortex, inner medulla and outer medulla in rats was detected via quantitative immunohistochemistry assay. Results Rats fed with low-protein diets were shown to have considerably higher Rhbg expression in renal cortex (P<0.05). But not in inner or outer medulla. Conclusion Restriction of dietary protein may result in elevated Rhbg expression in renal cortex.
